Cancellation & Refund
At Abhivira Business Solutions, we understand that circumstances can change, and you may need to cancel your marketing services with us. To ensure a fair and transparent process, we have established the following cancellation and refund policy.
Cancellation:
* If you wish to cancel your services with us, please notify us via email at support@abbhivirasolutions.com OR WhatsApp OR by call.
* Cancellations must be received at least 30 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.
* If you cancel within the 30-day period, you will still be responsible for the current month’s payment.
Refunds:
* Refunds will only be issued for services that have not been delivered.
* If you have paid for a service in advance and wish to cancel, we will refund the remaining balance after deducting any costs incurred for services already delivered.
* Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation request and will be issued to the original payment method.
Exceptions:
* We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we determine that the cancellation was due to a breach of our terms of service.
* If you have a prepaid contract, the cancellation will take effect at the end of the contract term, and no refunds will be provided for the remaining term.
